My rice is too hard or too soft. Am I doing something wrong?

• Please fluff the rice using our supplied spatula after cooking has been completed.
• Have you had a long power failure? If so, it can cause the cooking time to be altered and the cooking process will be incomplete.
• Was warm water or broth used for the cooking process? Make sure to use water or broth below 35C or 95F otherwise the sensor will not work properly.
