What is your warranty policy?

To obtain repair service during the warranty period, consult your TIGER dealer. Attach a note to
the product describing any problems or malfunctions in detail. Be sure to send the product
complete with all parts and accessories.

This product is not intended for sale in Minnesota and this warranty does not apply to Minnesota
residents. If you are a Minnesota resident, please see the warranty disclaimer below.

WHAT IS COVERED
This limited warranty covers defective material and workmanship in your new Tiger product.
Return shipping (outbound) cost of the Product from our authorized service facility.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This limited warranty is not valid if the defects are due to damage, misuse, tampering, and
neglect or lack of care, improper storage or damage caused as a result of alterations or repair
carried out by unauthorized persons. In addition, damages caused by natural disasters,
including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake and thunderstorm, are not covered by this limited
warranty. Also, consequential and incidental damage are not recoverable under this warranty.
Accessories and Consumer replaceable 'parts: we do not cover accessories and parts that are
meant to be replaced by the consumer, such as inner pan, gaskets, spatula, measuring cup,
inner lid, detachable power cord, and other non-electric parts. If you find any missing parts after
your purchase, please contact the retailer where you purchased the product to obtain such
parts. This warranty does not apply for refurbished/used units or purchased from a private
party.

CONDITION AND TERM
This Limited Warranty applies only to Tiger-branded 120V appliances and "Product" was
purchased from an authorized distributor or authorized reseller and retained within the US or
Canada. The period of coverage is one year from the date of purchase receipt. The duration of
any implied warranty, such as the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty
of fitness for a particular purpose, is also limited to a period of one year from the date of
purchase.

To obtain service under this limited warranty, you must submit original sales receipt.
A bill of sale, receipt, or other proof of date of purchase must be presented with the
product to receive the in-warranty service.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Manufacturer reserves the right to refuse free-of-charge warranty service if the requested
documentation can not be presented. You will be responsible for inbound shipping cost and
proper packaging and delivery or shipment, and insured, of the Product to our authorized
service facility for repair or replacement.

HOW THE COVERAGE WORKS
If during the one year warranty period, the product you purchased is found to be defective in
material or workmanship; we will repair the product without charge for labor or parts. As its
option, we may replace the product with a new used or equivalent product.

HOW STATE LAW APPLIES
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state or province to province.

NOTICE TO MINNESOTA RESIDENTS; DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
Effective January 1, 2025, Minnesota law (named “Amara’s Law”) prohibits the sale of any
cookware containing intentionally added perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances
(“PFAS”). This product is “cookware” under Amara’s Law and includes intentionally added
PFAS for its nonstick properties. For more information about Amara’s Law, please see the

BASIS. THIS MEANS TIGER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE PRODUCT,
INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, FOR MINNESOTA BUYERS OF THIS PRODUCT. THE ENTIRE
RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT IS WITH YOU TO THE
MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED UNDER MINNESOTA AND U.S. FEDERAL LAWS. THIS
DISCLAIMER SUPERSEDES ANY CONFLICTING STATEMENTS IN ANY PRODUCT
WARRANTY DOCUMENTATION.
